Trivia

As Kristin Schafer testifies against her husband, she states she went to visit Oliver Henry and was able to place the Versed in his drink by using her husband’s cell phone from inside her purse to place a call to her attorney’s home phone, giving her the opportunity to dose his drink when he left her alone to answer the phone. However, during the original investigation, Lt. Tao was clearly ordered by Brenda to get a dump on Oliver Henry’s phones, and yet nothing was ever made of a call from Jonathan Schafer’s cell phone to Oliver Henry’s home on the night of the murder, which is odd given that Brenda had settled on Jonathan Schafer as her prime suspect yet had little direct evidence to support the charges.
