Frequently Asked Questions
Question: How do I play the files?
Answer:

All videos should work in Real Player and Windows Media Player (which sucks). I you can’t hear sound in WMP, then use Real Player (which is what I use). They also work in WMV.
The audio works in Real Player, but the ringtones must be played in your cell.
Question: What does zipped mean?
Answer: Almost all of the files have been compressed in to a zip file. This prevents certain things like auto-playing when you click on a music/video file, etc. It’s just easier to do things that way, for me at least.
You can unzip the files using WinZip, WinRAR, or any other software. (I use WinRAR to zip the files.)
Question: Why can I only hear sound, and see no video?
Answer: Some of the High Res files are in AVI format. If you can only hear the clips it’s because you don’t have the right video codec for the AVI file. Download the DivX Video Player and you’ll probably be able to play any file then.
Question: Can I redistribute?
Answer: Feel free give a link to the archive, but you can’t just reproduce all of my hard work. I you want to post one of my clips somewhere else, just let me know first.
Question: What is bandwidth?
Answer: “In website hosting, the term “bandwidth” is often used metaphorically, to describe the amount of data that can be transferred to or from the website or server, measured in bytes transferred over a prescribed period of time. This can be more accurately described as “Monthly Data Transfer.”. More?
Question: What is hotlinking?
Answer: “Bandwidth theft or “hotlinking” is direct linking to a web site’s files (images, video, etc.). An example would be using an <img /> tag to display a JPEG image you found on someone else’s web page so it will appear on your own site, eBay auction listing, weblog, forum message post, etc. More?
Question: Can I donate?
Answer: All donations are welcome! If you have an mvid, vintage vid, or something else, I’d love to add it to the archive.
