It’s a bit corny, and it doesn’t give any new info, but it’s something. It just says that Sarah’s coming back, and has old clips of her as Carly, in addition to other characters.

Edit to add: Sarah confirms on site that “she will be playing Johnny’s sister, “Claudia Zacchara,” on General Hospital and she will be with GH for at least 12 months.”
General Hospital veteran Sarah Brown — who was wildly popular as the original Carly — is returning to the ABC soap that made her a star. She’s confirmed to come back in early 2008.
But wait, what about Laura Wright, the also-popular star who’s been playing Carly since 2005?
